JFZY-MS，DF,DL type multi-stage centrifugal pump is a horizontal single suction multi-stage centrifugal pump.
According to the different materials used in the pump can transport water (containing impurities less than 1%) and other corrosive liquids with physical properties similar to water.
The medium temperature of the ordinary material pump is not more than 80℃. The pump is suitable for conveying neutral or corrosive, clean or liquid containing a small amount of solid particles in the coal chemical industry, urea fertilizer industry, petrochemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, environmental protection and other industries.
Main engine structure description :(1) pump suction inlet is suction liquid from the left side of the liquid discharge;
(2) the liquid from the right side of the outlet section of the reverse suction liquid, and finally from the middle section of the main pump ejected liquid;
(3) The main pump forms a self-balance, the pump shaft is not bending without vibration, the bearing is not easy to wear, the outlet section is sealed without pressure to form a negative pressure, the main pump is most suitable for long-term operation and stable to reduce maintenance, save the advantages of spare parts maintenance.
Among them, the pump shaft adopts super stainless steel bearing containing cobalt, niobium, manganese, silicon and vanadium, never bending, strong corrosion resistant protective bearing, suitable for long-term operation without leakage.
