Working principle of magnetic pump:

Up and running with maintenance

A. Clean up the debris around the equipment that affects the safety of the equipment and operators.

B. Before starting up, the pump should be filled with liquid to be transported (if the pump is in the case of suction), open the inlet valve, close the outlet gate valve, and connect the power supply.

C. Connect the power supply and check whether the steering of the pump is correct.

D. Several groups of trial operation for 3-6 minutes, if there is no abnormal phenomenon can be put into operation.

F. In the first time of start up after long-term shutdown or pump maintenance, remove the fan cover of the motor and manually coil the motor, check whether the magnetic pump rotates flexibly, and install the fan cover after it is confirmed that there is no problem.

Normal parking

Close the gate valve at the outlet before cutting off the power supply.

Emergency stop

Stop the motor immediately, and then close the outlet and inlet valves.

Repair and maintenance

1. Check the pump and motor regularly and replace the vulnerable parts.

2. When the machine is not used for a long time, the inner flow channel of the pump should be cleaned and the power supply should be cut off.

3. No idle operation is allowed.

Matters needing attention in operation

A. Pay attention to the pressure difference between the front and back of the filter at the suction end. When the pressure difference increases, it means that there is a foreign body clogging on the filter.

B. Whether the discharge volume and discharge pressure conform to the prescribed value;

C. Abnormal sound and vibration. If abnormal sound or vibration occurs, cavitation erosion or excessive wear of bearings is generally indicated.

E. Whether the pump cavitation occurs: open the outlet valve of the pump, and when the flow rate reaches a certain amount and suddenly makes noise and vibration, then continue to open the valve larger. If the flow rate still does not increase, it indicates cavitation.

Exhaust operation should be carried out in case of cavitation.

Note: the magnetic pump must not operate in the cavitation state, if it continues to operate in this state, it will cause early bearing wear.

F. Whether the current value of the motor exceeds the rated current.

G. Whether the temperature of each part of the pump is abnormally overheated.

H. The pressure of the nitrogen pressure stabilizer system shall be maintained within the specified range.
